How can I terminate the contract with Voys?

1. Unless otherwise agreed, the contract concluded with the customer shall run for an indefinite period and may be terminated by the customer on a daily basis.  The contract can be terminated in our portal at www.freedom.voys.pt - Account / Administration / Subscription.
2. ordinary termination by Voys shall be effected by e-mail and shall require compliance with a notice period of two months to the end of a month.
3. If third parties within the meaning of § 7 I of these Terms and Conditions discontinue the provision of networks or other (technical) services essential for the provision of the service by Voys, and if Voys is not responsible for this discontinuation of the service by third parties, Voys may terminate the existing contract with the customer subject to a reasonable notice period of at least 30 days.
4. Voys is entitled to extraordinary termination
- in the event of the customer's insolvency;
- in the event of an application filed with the court for the opening of insolvency proceedings
of the customer's assets;
- in the event of the customer's default in payment and the customer, after a written
written reminder, within a grace period of at least 14 days set in the reminder
of at least 14 days set in the reminder;
- in the event of serious breaches of contract by the customer and the customer has not ceased such breaches after a reminder has been issued by Voys;
